All payments must be made via Zelle to 754-777-3366. Please verify the recipient information before sending payment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all service payments are considered earned when received and are non-refundable. Client cancellation, a change of mind, or a decision not to proceed does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

At our discretion, we may offer a credit toward future document preparation services instead of a refund. Any credit must be confirmed in writing and cannot be redeemed for cash.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, which are presented to you before payment. This policy does not waive any rights or refunds required by applicable law.
